Mission
Testudo is dedicated to providing environmental consulting services. We specialize in providing risk assessments, lead inspections, lead dust clearances, asbestos inspections, and Lead Safe Renovator training for the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule. We help contractors, landlords, property managers, electricians, plumbers, door & garage installers, and window installers how to work safer, protecting themselves, their businesses and their families.

Samantha Dalsing is the president of Testudo LLC and has thus far taught more than 1,000 of Wisconsin’s remodeling contractors attain their Lead Safe Renovator certification. Mrs. Dalsing’s background is in green building, and she is motivated by improving indoor air quality for remodelers and homeowners alike. |  |
Doug Dalsing is the vice president of Testudo LLC and is a trained lead paint risk assessor. |
