The EPA is nothing if not diligent in their protocol.

Just a couple of days ago the Environmental Protection Agency issued what it refers to with the acronym ICR, or Information Collection Request, for its famed Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule. Basically, the agency is soliciting feedback on the rule … again. (A little while ago, the EPA also solicited feedback on proposed changes to the RRP law, which involve adding dust wipe clearance testing measures to the rule.)
