Who Needs This Training
If you’ve already completed the 8-hour Lead Safe Renovator – Initial, you are eligible for this 4-hour refresher training. The EPA requires Certified Renovators take this refresher training course every four years to maintain compliance with the RRP rule. SIGN UP NOW.
Understanding where lead hazards can be found; how to safely work around lead hazards; record keeping requirements; waste disposal requirements; and proper clean up procedures. Half day—4 hours, from 8 a.m. to noon or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Registration begins 15 minutes prior to class start.
Why do You Need This Training?
Each building firm that performs renovations or repair work on homes and child-occupied facilities that were built before 1978 must have at least one employee certified as a Lead Safe Renovator and must also certify their firm as a Lead Safe Company.

Cancellations/Changes and Refunds: Fees will be refunded, less a $30.00 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than three business days prior to training class. After that date, fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the training session.
