About Us

Mission

Testudo is dedicated to providing environmental consulting services. We specialize in providing lead, asbestos & mold testing in residential, commercial & industrial structures. In addition, we conduct Lead Safe Renovator training for the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule, as well as training classes for conducting lead abatement jobs. We help contractors, landlords, property managers, electricians, plumbers, door & garage installers, and window installers how to work safer, protecting themselves, their businesses and their families. We work with individuals & groups on projects large & small. Finally, we also provide property inspections for HUD's Housing Quality Standards (HQS) protocol.
